Visits to the shop are by appointment — but most of our work starts in your kitchen, not ours.
What happens next
Same working day for anything submitted before 4pm, next morning otherwise. We will call to ask a couple of questions and book a visit at a time that suits you — evenings and Saturdays included.
Thirty minutes, give or take. We measure, count doors, check the condition of the boxes, photograph the space and talk through colours and options. You are not asked to decide anything on the spot.
By email within 48 hours, itemised and fixed, valid for 30 days. If you want a change — a different door profile, a different colour, counters added or removed — we revise it free as many times as you need.
Estimates yes — evenings and Saturdays are often easier for everyone. Actual site work runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with Saturday work available when a schedule demands it.
